• You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make the content from the LMS available outside the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing course materials, videos, and other resources to third parties.
• You are prohibited from screen recording, downloading, or otherwise capturing any of the content provided on the LMS platform. Any attempts to record or download content will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All course materials, content, videos, and other resources provided on the LMS are the intellectual property of Bantiya School LMS or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may use the content for personal, or educational purposes only, and you may not redistribute, copy, or use it for any commercial purpose without permission.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior that we believe is harmful to the platform or its users. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to the courses and materials you have purchased, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining access.

Bantiya School LMS is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any technical errors, loss of data, or interruptions in service.
